  1. My package has not arrived, is this normal? Delivery takes about 3-5 weeks. If it is less than 5 weeks, just be patient it is on route. If your order is still not delivered after 8 weeks, we will refund you 100%.
  2. Why is delivery so long? Our goods are located abroad, which allows us to offer you the items at very competitive rates.
  3. I wish to cancel my order, is it possible? You have 24 hours from the moment your order was made. Send us an e-mail and we will cancel and refund the order.
  4. Items are missing from my original order, why? We have many suppliers and each one takes care of a specific product. When ordering more than 1 product they will all arrive in different packages and at different times (some will be faster, others slower). On the other hand, if you order more than 1 of the same product, then it will be in the same package.
  5. How do I know if my order is being delivered or not? Click on the “follow-up order” tab and enter your order number and e-mail address used when ordering. You will be able to see the status of your package.

  7. My item is damaged, can I get a refund? If the item arrives broken, send it back and we will issue a refund.
  8. I am not satisfied with my order, can I be reimbursed? Please contact us within 15 days from receiving the product. All you have to do is return the item and we will refund it. The costs to return the product are at your own expense.
